We carefully package each terrarium to ensure safe delivery. We work with trusted carriers to minimize any risk of damage during transit

Do you ship internationally?

How much maintenance is needed to keep a terrarium healthy?

Maintenance is simple. Light watering every two weeks and appropriate positioning for light is usually sufficient. See our care guides for more details

What does your terrarium refreshment service consist of?

Our Refreshing service includes cleaning, replacing damaged items, fertilizing and rearranging plants to ensure the continued health and beauty of your terrarium.

How do I know when to water my terrarium?

Monitor the humidity level inside the terrarium and water when the substrate is dry on the surface. Plants adapted to humidity will also tell you their needs.
